What defines our service?

White Glove Service is provided for all of our customers from the initial sign up through the term of service and continued throughout the repatriation process. We assign an experienced, readily accessible Customer Service Representative to each client. You will receive live support from your CSR and high quality package & mail service.

How does our service work?

We offer quick, easy sign up. At initiation, you customize the service by instructing us to send, scan, hold, shred or recycle designated mail pieces. When you complete the United States Postal Service(USPS) 1583 form, PMI will be designated as your mail agent. You are then assigned a unique USA street and post office box address at PMI for the entire time away from your home country, regardless of how often you relocate, transfer to another country, return to the USA for home leave, or vacation internationally or domestically. Your new USA address is in the upscale community of Mendham, New Jersey.
