Data Maintenance PMIs offers the option of a confidential record of mail senders that allows you to know exactly what mail was sent and who it was from on any given date – for instance, keeping track of renewal credit cards. This is a valued security feature for PMI customers. The record includes complete addresses and can make doing changes of address notifications on your repatriation a breeze. You will never miss any valuable mail. This feature is available on-line or through your CSR.
Profiling (removal of unwanted mail) PMI's Unwanted Mail removal option allows you to tell us what mail you don't want sent and reduces the cost of shipping. We'll recycle what you don't want and shred everything that is sensitive. At any time, you can change your preferences by contacting your Customer Service Representative.
Transient Address / Temporary Address Change PMI can send your mail anywhere in the world at your request. Mail can reach you on business trips, vacations, home leave... anywhere, any time!
Off Schedule Mailing When you initiate service, your mail is sent on a specific date that is based on your service preferences. It's easy to change the usual shipping schedule to accommodate your needs. Just email or call your service representative.
Dependent Mail We can separate and send mail to a college student or a family member anywhere in the world.
Scanning Service If you choose our Profiling service, you may also choose to have your mail scanned and sent to you by email.
No Mail If you don't have any mail for a scheduled shipping date, your Customer Service Representative will personally notify you.
Check Depositing PMI can watch for and deposit checks to your USA account.
In-bound Mail Send your announcements, holiday cards, etc. to PMI for postage and mailing in the USA.
