  • Personal Service: PMI proudly offers corporations and individual expatriates a comprehensive list of services which are provided by your assigned Customer Service Representative (CSR).
  • Data Maintenance: PMI’s confidential record of mail senders is an option that allows you to know exactly what mail was sent and who it was from on any given date.
  • Junk Mail Removal: PMI’s Junk Mail removal option allows you to tell us what mail you don’t want sent and reduces the cost of shipping.
  • Transient Address: PMI can send your mail anywhere in the world at your request.
  • Dependent Mail: PMI’s dependent mail option includes, for example, separating out mail for your college student who might be in the USA and sending the mail her/him at the school address.
  • No Mail: Your Customer Service Representative (CSR) notifies you when you don’t have any mail for a scheduled shipping date.
  • In-bound Mail: Send your announcements, holiday cards, etc. to PMI for mailing in the USA.
  • PMI’s Special Handling: This service provides assurance that your CSR will watch for and send critical items (airline tickets, etc.) at your request, at any time.
  • PMI’s Personal Shopping: A service that provides you with a personal shopper who will search out that hard to find or special item and ship it to you anywhere in the world.

Package /Merchandise Forwarding Service
PMI’s Package Export Department receives the packages that you order or receive as gifts, identifies the contents and emails you with options and prices for your directions on shipping. This service is billed directly to the credit card you provide. Click here for pricing.

Data Maintenance
This option is a valued security feature for PMI customers. You can see if your renewal credit cards were sent, etc. The record includes complete addresses and can make doing changes of address on your repatriation a breeze. You will never miss any valuable mail.
